Jessica Myer
Jessica is a Manager in Deals, Strategy & Operations with over five years’ experience working within People & Culture. Since joining PwC in 2019, Jessica has had experience working with clients across the Financial, Oil & Gas and Public sector to understand and improve organisational culture with a focus on leveraging diversity, inclusion and wellbeing as a determinant for operational success and high performance. More recently, Jessica has been applying her expertise in HR, Culture and Talent to a range of transactions across the Deals lifecycle to mitigate risk and realise value.
Jessica’s experience includes:
- Pre-deal people and culture assessment, change and communications strategy and post-deal integration planning
- Design and delivery of culture assessment, transformation and leadership programs
- Operations and separation due diligence
- Diversity and Inclusion current state assessment and strategy development
Jessica completed a Business Certification (Organisational Psychology) at Columbia University and a Bachelor of Professional Communication at RMIT. She is also Certified in the Leadership Circle and Mental Health First Aid.
